The holiday home is set out over three storeys and offers a degree of flexibility to give adults and kids space to enjoy together or by themselves. The décor is bright and stylish throughout.

On the ground floor, there’s a contemporary, open-plan living space that comprises the lounge, kitchen and dining areas. It’s the perfect place for socialising, or for people to do their own thing yet still feel part of the group. However, you’re sure to be forgiven for simply wanting to admire the views of Abersoch's inner harbour across the Warren beach and the Llanbedrog headland that can be seen from the lounge.

The lounge area has sofa seating and bean bags, as well as a Smart TV with a DVD player and a selection of board games. Meanwhile, French doors lead onto the front terrace where there are lovely views over the inner harbour. The modern kitchen is equipped with an integrated double oven and grill, a hob, an American fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, while there’s a dining table with seating for all six of you to enjoy a meal together.

There’s also the convenience of a downstairs cloakroom with a WC and basin.

Upstairs on the first floor, there’s a stylish double bedroom with a wardrobe, drawer space and coastal views, while at the rear of the house there’s a bunk room with bunk beds that’s the ideal hideaway for two kids. These rooms share a family bathroom that has a bath with a shower over, a basin, WC, heated towel rail and an illuminated mirror.

Up one more flight of stairs, on the second floor, there’s the elegant master bedroom suite that has storage space for your belongings, Velux windows and an en suite shower room with a shower cubicle, basin and WC.

The outside space comprises a front and side terrace with outdoor furniture, a BBQ and a hot tub.

There are two allocated parking spaces in a secure underground car park.

Hot tub:
As the hot tub is emptied, cleaned and refilled after each booking, we cannot guarantee that your hot tub will be at its optimal operating temperature upon arrival.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive the requirement.

The Neighbourhood

The holiday home is located on a development of similar properties at the heart of the popular village of Abersoch on the Llyn Peninsula. It is only a couple of minutes’ walk from the nearest beach, while shops, cafes and restaurants are even closer. Abersoch's long sandy main beach is relatively sheltered, plus there’s an exclusion zone for motorboats that makes it suitable for paddling and swimming.

A water sports haven, you can try paddleboarding, hydrofoiling, dinghy sailing and more with Abersoch Sailing School at the beach, or with a host of professional water sports providers that are located on the village high street. If you are looking to relax then you may prefer to sit back and watch the sailing regattas that are held during the summer months.
