  • About the property

    Situated on a 110-acre working farm and one of four properties on the site, Padstone Manor is a semi-detached cottage in the idyllic Cornish countryside. This stunning home from home has an open-plan living space that is ideal for spending quality time with family and friends, whilst the three beautiful bedrooms provide the perfect place to relax and unwind. Enjoy days filled with picturesque walks in the countryside or beside the coast and nights stargazing from the comfort of the cosy cottage.

  • The space

    Adorned with stylish interiors and rustic décor, the fine balance between original features and modern elegance is present throughout.

    Step inside the welcoming entrance hall, beautifully designed with reclaimed benches, quirky artwork and vibrant pops of colour. The layout of the property is great for socialising due to the open-plan kitchen/living/dining room and begins with three vibrant orange sofas, perfectly placed in front of the TV. Relax with your favourite film or gather around the six-seater dining table for a home-cooked meal and a crisp glass of wine or two. Meanwhile, the large kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need to self-cater with ease including an oven, a hob, a kettle, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer and a dishwasher.

    The ground floor is complete with a small WC, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

    Venture upstairs where you will find three stunning bedrooms, each designed to the highest standard with luxurious soft furnishings, contemporary colour tones and an en-suite each. The master bedroom features a super-king-size bed, the second bedroom has a king-size bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds.

    Outside, you will have access to a large lawned garden with exceptional countryside views. Gather around the four-seater table or relax beside the toasty fire pit for an evening under the stars.

    There is a key safe where you can access the key to the property for a self-check-in.

  • Sustainability

    If you would like to offset the carbon emissions from your trip, get in touch and we can arrange this for a small fee.

    There are EV chargers available to use which are payable via scanning a QR code on your mobile phone.

    Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

    Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £500 prior to their stay.

    Book with confidence: If your booking is affected by new Government travel restrictions which were not known at the time of booking, and you are legally unable to travel, we will arrange with the property owner to refund 100% of your holiday cost.

The neighbourhood

The cottage is located on a working farm so your stay will be surrounded by sheep, cows and the owners’ pet goats, Sunny and Billy.

Meanwhile, the harbour town of Padstow has plenty of charm from the narrow streets to the working fishing boats bobbing about on the water. Peruse the artisan shops and galleries, before sampling the culinary delights. The town is home to fantastic places to eat whether you fancy a Cornish pasty, local seafood or celebrity chef cuisine, in which case try Rick Stein’s or Paul Ainsworth’s restaurants. Tarquin’s gin distillery is also close by for gin lovers.

Padstow is part of the stunning Camel Estuary and together with the local area, there is plenty to keep you busy. Cycle the easy and traffic-free Camel Trail along the estuary from Padstow to Wadebridge and back. Just 5 miles away are some of Cornwall’s most beautiful beaches, including Harlyn Bay, Constantine Bay and Bedruthan Steps for a spot of surfing, paddling or a picnic.

If you’re looking for popular family attractions, enjoy a day out at The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Newquay Blue Reef Aquarium or Camel Creek Adventure Park.
