This bucolic English AONB is one of Britain’s most beloved hiking destinations. But no walk is more famous in this neck of the woods than the Cotswold Way.
Stretching 102 miles from Chipping Campden to Bath, the Cotswold Way takes most hikers a week to complete from start to finish. But you don’t have to take on the whole trek. Many holidaymakers hike sections of the Cotswold Way for a day or even just a couple of hours. So, jump on where you want and prepare to be enchanted as you pass thatched-roofed villages, historic landmarks and rustic pubs.

Most hosts leave an empty dog basket and some tidbits for your pet during their stay, but you’re more than welcome to bring their own bed from home along with their favourite toys.
