The fully equipped kitchen has been thoughtfully designed for relaxed self-catering, offering everything needed for long breakfasts, leisurely lunches and cosy evenings in. The adjoining dining and lounge area provides a sociable setting for gathering together, while comfortable seating creates the perfect place to relax after a day exploring Dartmoor.

Two beautifully styled bedrooms offer comfort and privacy, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, elegant lighting, quality linens and a dressing area, creating a boutique hotel feel. The second bedroom offers flexible accommodation, arranged either as a king-size room or twin beds depending on guest requirements, making the barn equally suited to couples, families or friends travelling together.

Outside, the experience becomes even more special. Large glass doors open onto a private enclosed garden where uninterrupted views stretch across the surrounding Devon countryside towards Dartmoor. A private hot tub provides the perfect place to unwind at the end of the day, while a wood-fired sauna, shared between just two barns, adds a luxurious wellness element to the stay. Whether enjoying a quiet morning coffee outdoors, dining beneath open skies or soaking in the hot tub as the sun sets across the moorland landscape, every aspect of the outdoor space has been designed to embrace the beauty of the setting.

Sauna: As the wood-fired sauna is shared between two barns, there is a whiteboard system in place for guest convenience. Guests who would like to use the sauna can add their preferred date and time to help coordinate usage.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 70 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £500 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.
