The ground floor WC is a handy space to store coats, boots, prams, surfing equipment, and bikes.
Touches like exposed beams and warm, natural tones give the space a welcoming, homely feel, while thoughtful design keeps it airy and uncluttered.
Both bedrooms are set on the first floor, creating a peaceful separation from the living space below and offering a calm, tucked-away feel beneath the eaves.
