As you enter the enchanting treehouse, you will be greeted by a spacious living area with an open-plan layout, hand-carved windows and underfloor heating.

The bespoke kitchen comprises everything you will need to self-cater with ease, including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, wine chiller and dishwasher, while the two-seater dining table is perfectly positioned to take in the tranquil views whilst you savour a delicious meal or plan your next adventure.

In the lounge, there are two comfortable sofas, a bespoke glass flame effect focal fire and Smart TV, perfect for cosy movie nights or relaxing with your favourite book in hand.

The master bedroom features a sumptuous super-king-sized bed with a deep pocket sprung mattress and door leading to an elevated balcony which overlooks the breathtaking estate. Next door, there’s a modern bathroom with twin glass sinks and a walk-in rainfall shower.

Venture outside to enjoy a morning coffee or a spot of birdwatching on the balcony, followed by a dip in the hot tub or an alfresco lunch beside the lake. As the sky fills with stars, gather around the fire pit and relax on the handcrafted swing.

From the building process to the habitats surrounding, the owners carry out a host of initiatives to ensure the estate is sustainable. The treehouse has been built around the trunk of an ash tree using recycled, local materials, while many of the interiors have been hand-crafted with recycled decomposing ash from the woodland.

Outside, the hot tub is wrapped with oak and bronze bands, and covered with a tiki-style roof, all made from wood off the estate. The wastewater is cleaned so well, that it is pure enough to be put back into the water course, the lights are all LED and the appliances are as energy-saving as possible.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.

Book with confidence: If your booking is affected by new Government travel restrictions which were not known at the time of booking, and you are legally unable to travel, we will arrange with the property owner to refund 100% of your holiday cost.

The closest town is Tenbury Wells where you can explore the many tea rooms and independent boutique shops, including the world-famous Mr Thoms sweet shop. From Tuesday to Saturday, there is a market to peruse with homemade and homegrown goods including cakes and plants.

The medieval market town of Ludlow is just under 30 minutes away and well worth a visit. Discover the history of Ludlow Castle, dine in one of the many excellent restaurants and cafes and amble through the Ludlow Millennium Green. The town is also known for its thriving events and festivals throughout the year, including the Medieval Christmas Fayre and the Ludlow Food and Drink Festival.
