Meanwhile, the dining room features a large farmhouse table, ideal for gathering together for mealtimes. If you'd rather indulge, the head chef of the neighbouring hotel offers seasonal menus, delightful afternoon teas, grazing boards and personalised tray-bake suppers. The property boasts three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to ensure a restful stay. Two of the bedrooms feature luxurious king-size beds, while the third offers two cosy single beds. The main bedroom adds a touch of indulgence with its elegant roll-top bath, creating a private sanctuary for relaxation. Bedroom two enjoys the convenience of a stylish en-suite shower room, while bedroom three is served by an adjoining shower room.

Outside, the delightful garden and courtyard are designed for relaxing. The courtyard is equipped to clean muddy boots and paws after a day of countryside exploration, while the garden offers a tranquil retreat where you can enjoy a morning coffee or alfresco dining.

The cottage is located next to the Painswick Hotel in the beautiful and historic Cotswolds town of Painswick where Cotswold stone buildings meet narrow roads and cobbled lanes. The town is famous for its 99 Yew trees that grow in the churchyard and the legend goes that if a 100th tree is planted the devil will prevent it from growing.

There are grocery shops and dog-friendly pubs within a 5-minute walk of the cottage, while a market is held every Thursday morning at the Painswick Centre. If you want to treat yourself to Afternoon Tea or a special dinner, head to The Painswick’s fine dining restaurant.
