The property features a bright and spacious living area, complete with a comfortable lounge and a modern kitchen/diner designed for socialising. After a day of exploring, you can relax in front of the electric fireplace or enjoy your favourite movie on the Smart TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including an electric hob and oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher, while the dining table comfortably seats eight guests.

The property includes five inviting bedrooms, each furnished with luxury bedding and neutral decor. There is one double bedroom with an en-suite on the ground floor, two king-size bedrooms with an en-suite each on the first floor, plus two double bedrooms with a shared hallway bathroom.

Outside, you will find an enclosed patio with a bubbling hot tub and an L-shaped sofa, perfect for making the most of the sunshine in the summer months.

Hot tub: As the hot tub is emptied, cleaned, and refilled after each booking, we cannot guarantee that your hot tub will be at its optimal operating temperature upon arrival.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £500 prior to their stay.

The cottage is situated in Oxwich, on the southern side of the Gower Peninsula, just a 5-minute stroll from Oxwich Bay. This stunning beach features pristine sandy shores ideal for morning jogs, leisurely walks, paddling, or indulging in various water sports. It’s a perfect spot to soak in the fresh air and natural beauty of the area.

For a special treat, visit The Beach House, a Michelin-starred restaurant located right by the water. It’s an excellent choice for a memorable meal, but be sure to book ahead.
