The Old Forge is accessed via a private driveway and guests will be greeted by the owners upon arrival. If you are arriving late keys can be left in the lockbox for you to access the property.
The Old Forge is part of a beautifully converted set of farmhouses in the Derbyshire countryside. The owners provide you with fresh eggs and milk from their local farm and there are plenty of sheep in the nearby fields. The farm is partially powered by solar panels reducing the carbon footprint of the property.
We plant a tree for every booking we make to help offset some of the carbon emissions generated by our stays.
