The property begins with a long driveway surrounded by peaceful countryside which leads to a set of electric gates for ultimate seclusion. Step through the double-height glass doors and into the light and spacious hallway. You’ll be greeted by a grand galleried landing which leads up to the first floor which features a sociable living space and a large kitchen/dining room. The living room is beautifully appointed with Velux windows and a striking log burner which takes pride of place. Gather here for movie marathons on the Smart TV, or simply relax on the sumptuous L-shaped sofa with a good book in hand. The extensive kitchen is complete with a host of high-tech appliances to ensure you have everything you will need to self-cater with ease (a private chef can be arranged on request), while the dining table seats six guests, and the breakfast bar seats four. While you await your feast there are two plush velvet sofas to sink into with a crisp glass of champagne, or you can relax on the balcony and admire the serene countryside views. Venture back downstairs to the ground floor where you will find five luxurious bedrooms. The master is complete with a dressing room and en-suite with a free-standing bath and shower. Three of the four remaining bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms, while the final bedroom has access to the main bathroom. A further staircase leads to the lower ground floor which is home to the fully-equipped gym with a football table and sauna, along with study space and utility room. Outside, you will have access to a southeast landscaped garden with a manicured lawn and a decked area with sofas, a dining table and a fire pit.

The house is located in Mottram St Andrew and is just a 10 minute walk away from Prestbury Village via a footpath. Here, you can enjoy perusing the boutique shops, before dining at one of the many restaurants or champagne bars. Just a 20-minute walk in the other direction, the footpath is accessible to Champneys Spa at Mottram Hall Hotel. The house is also a 2-minute drive from Champney’s for guests attending weddings or functions at the hotel.

The Golden Triangle is an area of affluent small towns consisting of Wilmslow, Alderley Edge, Prestbury and Mottram St Andrew. It is sometimes referred to as the 'Footballer Belt' and is home to not only premier league footballers but also celebrities, entertainment industry figures and successful business associates.
