The neighbourhood
The property is a few minutes’ walk from the beautiful Warren and Harbour beaches, while the vibrant seaside resort of Abersoch is about a 5-minute walk.
Abersoch is at the south end of the Llyn Peninsula and has convenience stores, shops, a farm shop, a range of delis, pubs and restaurants. There is plenty to see and do and Abersoch’s long sandy beach is lined with beach huts, while the village offers a sailing school and a host of water sports facilities. There’s also a links golf course.
Meanwhile, the coastal town of Pwllheli offers even more amenities, including supermarkets and recreational activities such as boat trips, as well as a renowned marina.
For walkers, the Wales Coastal Path weaves along the Llyn Peninsula, taking in a host of beaches, coves and headlands. If you are lucky, you may catch a glimpse of the visiting dolphins and seals.
As well as being well placed for exploring the miles of coastline of the Llyn Peninsula, the property is within easy reach of fantastic cultural attractions. Visit the National Trust’s Plas yn Rhiw, a 17th-century house with a lovely garden and stunning views across Cardigan Bay, or head to Criccieth Castle.
