This charming and beautifully appointed pool house offers accommodation for up to six guests. Ideal for families or friends, it blends rustic character with modern amenities, creating a welcoming space to unwind.

At the heart of the cottage is a stunning living room, showcasing dramatic 20-foot vaulted ceilings, exposed oak beams, and direct access to the swimming pool, perfect for summer days spent lounging or taking a dip. The space is centred around two plush sofas and a Smart TV, ideal for cosy evenings in. A fully equipped kitchen, located at one end of the room, includes everything you need for relaxed self-catering stays.

Towards the far end of the cottage lies a dedicated games room, a true haven for entertainment. It features a log burner for toasty evenings, comfortable sofas, bean bags, and a Smart TV complete with DVD player, Wii, and GameCube consoles. A selection of board games and table tennis ensures fun for all ages, especially younger guests.

The cottage also boasts three delightful bedrooms; each designed with comfort in mind. One super-king-size bedroom and one king-size bedroom share access to a contemporary shower room, while an additional king-size bedroom benefits from its own private en-suite shower room.

You'll have access to a stunning courtyard and extensive gardens, along with a swimming pool, tennis court, five-a-side football pitch and ample seating for alfresco dining in the summer months. A large selection of complimentary bicycles is stored in the oak garage for cycling in the grounds or further afield into the adjacent Thetford Forest.

You will be given access to the key box on the day of check-in.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £350 for weekends and £500 for week-long stays.

The house is located in Great Hockham, a rural village that’s ideal for those seeking outdoor adventures. Thetford Forest Park is just 500 metres away from the house and home to 50,000 acres of woodland offering bike rides, walking trails, paintball and high-wire experience. Peddars Way is also close by and comprises a Roman road which joins the Norfolk Coastal Path and provides 96.5 miles of walks through National Nature Trails.

Great Hockham has a pub, while a selection of boutique shops can be found in the market town of Watton, just 6 miles away. Within 15 minutes of the house, there is a great selection of pubs and restaurants including The Red Lion in Caston, The Angel at Larling and The Gamekeeper in Old Buckingham.
