As you step through the entrance, a sweeping open-plan layout greets you, bathed in natural light and thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and celebration. The heart of the home is the expansive kitchen/dining area, where sleek cabinetry, high-end appliances and a long wooden dining table invite slow breakfasts and lively dinner parties alike. French doors open onto the terrace, where guests can enjoy barbeques, dine outdoors, relax on the sun loungers or unwind in the bubbling hot tub overlooking manicured lawns.

Two beautifully appointed lounges offer contrasting atmosphere, one a cosy retreat centred around a log burner and soft furnishings, perfect for fireside evenings, the other, a bright social space for gatherings, movie nights or quiet reading. A separate games room provides endless entertainment with a pool table, table tennis and board games, ideal for all ages.

The six bedrooms each present their own character and comfort. The ground-floor bedroom features a plush super-king-size bed framed by a large bay window that floods the room with morning light. Upstairs, the master suite indulges guests with a super-king bed, soft neutral tones, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom complete with a walk-in rainfall shower. Another king bedroom offers elegance and calm, with garden views and sumptuous linens. The twin bedrooms, each with two single beds, are perfect for children, friends or flexible sleeping arrangements, one of which enjoys its own en-suite. The final super-king bedroom exudes understated glamour, featuring deep-toned accents and plush textiles for a serene night’s rest. A large family bathroom with freestanding tub and separate shower completes the upper floor, designed with indulgent pampering in mind.

Hot tub: As the hot tub is emptied, cleaned and refilled after each booking, we cannot guarantee that your hot tub will be at its optimal operating temperature upon arrival.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £1,000 to their stay.
