Accessed via the side entrance, the property begins with an open-plan living space with an abundance of natural light and a nautical theme throughout to enrich the seaside location.

In the kitchen, you will have access to an electric oven and hob, a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer and a Nespresso coffee machine, while the dining table comfortably seats eight guests.

Over in the lounge, there are two sumptuous sofas, a Smart TV and a wood-burning stove for that extra cosy touch. When the sun is shining, venture through the French doors to the delightful balcony where you can admire the sea views with a crisp glass of wine in hand.

Meanwhile, there are three coastal-themed bedrooms. There’s a king-size bedroom, a twin bedroom and a family featuring a double bed with a single bunk over. The shared bathroom is located next door with a shower over the bath.
The lower ground floor leads to a cloakroom and a handy WC.

Outside, you'll have access to a rear lawned garden with a BBQ and rattan seating, ideal for alfresco entertaining.

There is also a multi-purpose garage with plenty of storage, table tennis and table football, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and an extra mini fridge.

There is a key safe where you can access the key to the property for a self-check-in.

We plant a tree for every booking we make to help offset some of the carbon emissions generated by our stays.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £400 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.

The property is in the attractive coastal resort of Abersoch at the south end of the Llyn Peninsula, just a 10-minute walk or a 3-minute drive from the bustling village centre where there are convenience stores, elegant shops and a range of delis, cafes and restaurants.

There are plenty of ways to enjoy the great outdoors. In the summertime, the resort is popular with families who like to spend days having fun on the beach. Abersoch’s long sandy beach lined with pretty beach huts, two cafes, Abersoch Sailing School (Abersoch Hydro) and South Caernarfonshire Yacht Club is a mecca for water sports enthusiasts and sun worshippers. Machroes Bach, The Warren Beach, Quarry Beach, Porth Ceiriad, Porth Neigwl and Llanbedrog Beach are all within a short drive, providing a beach for every day of the week and each offering a different vibe.
