Step inside the light and spacious cottage and into the open-plan kitchen/living/dining room where leisurely days can be spent socialising and entertaining. The modern kitchen is complete with all the essentials to self-cater with ease, including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and electric oven, hob and a dining table which seats eight guests. There is also a small WC with a sink.

Meanwhile, the homely lounge is the perfect place to relax and spend quality time together after a day of exploring the 90,000-acre estate. There are two sumptuous sofas, a Smart TV and a cosy wood-burning stove for ultimate comfort.

There are four stunning bedrooms, each uniquely designed with luxurious soft furnishings. There is a master bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite shower room, two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom with zip and link beds to form a king if required. In the hallway, there is a family bathroom with a freestanding bath and a separate shower.

Outside, you will have access to an enclosed garden with a patio, stunning views across the Nith Valley and a wood-fired hot tub. Perfect for admiring the sunsets with a crisp glass of wine in hand.

The owners will greet you on arrival and show you into the property.

We plant a tree for every booking we make to help offset some of the carbon emissions generated by our stays.

Please note, wood-fired hot tubs take between 3-4 hours to heat initially.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive the requirement.
