The Guest Services team are luxury travel experts and will take time to understand what you’re looking for, who you’re travelling with, what kind of location you like and any interests you want to indulge in. They will then match you with your perfect cottage and take care of any special requests, assist with organising activities and offer recommendations for things to do.
Whether you’re an early riser who starts their day with a cup of coffee on the patio, or a night owl who enjoys a midnight swim, our Guests Services team can help you to stay your way and create a holiday that is full of moments that make memories.

We ensure that appliances and equipment are modern, the cottage is spotless, and the decor is stylish. Whether you are searching for a cosy barn conversion with a hot tub or a grand country house with a swimming pool, we have a property to suit every discerning guest.
Our collections feature a variety of luxury properties to rent, including large group houses, retreats for couples, homes suitable for families, dog-friendly cottages and places ideal for celebrating a special occasion.
We also make sure that there’s something special about the location of all our properties. From those with an excellent restaurant or pub within easy distance to those with countryside walks from the door, those a stone’s throw from a vibrant town or village to those that offer a complete escape.
Sustainable travel is a key focus for the team at Luxury Cottages and a major consideration for many of our property owners and guests. As a result, we work hard to minimise the carbon footprint of our properties and guest travel.
We subscribe to Ecologi a social enterprise that helps us to compensate our carbon footprint by funding climate projects such as planting trees.
We encourage property owners to provide recycling facilities to guests as a minimum and we actively look for properties that have eco features. So, if a cottage has solar panels, a living roof, a specially created bee-friendly flower border or any other sustainable feature, this will be detailed on the listing.
Many of our owners also upcycle, purchase vintage items or employ local craftspeople to create furniture from sustainable products. Not only do we think this is a fantastic example of sustainability, but it also adds a personal touch to these homes.
With an ongoing commitment for a greener way of holidaying, we hope to minimise our environmental footprint, without compromising on luxury.
