Albert Cottage is part of the grand entrance to a country estate complete with your very own hot tub and sauna. It's perfect for couples looking to explore the local countryside. Being only an hour's drive from the Cotswolds, this beautiful estate offers stunning lakeside and woodland walks for you and your four legged friends. Albert Lodge can be booked together with the neighbouring Victoria Lodge to offer a maximum occupancy of 4 guests.

The space
This luxurious sandstone gatehouse lodge is one of a pair at the entrance to a beautiful Herefordshire country estate. With stunning lake views and surrounding countryside a perfect hideaway for 2 guests.
The lodge is furnished to a very high quality and on the ground floor you'll find an open plan living room tastefully decorated and furnished with faux leather sofas, large coffee table, 49" LED Smart TV and boasts a log burner for those cosy nights in. The garden can be accessed via 2 separate doorways. From the hallway there is access to a shower room with step-in power shower, WC and hand wash basin again fitted to a very high standard. Also on the ground floor is a small utility room comprising washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. The open plan kitchen has a tiled floor and is fully fitted with a range of units and all the accessories you will need and seating for 4 guests.
From the kitchen the first floor is accessed from a glassed-in spiral wooden staircase, not suitable for guests with mobility difficulties or small children. Immediately from the staircase is access to the master bedroom, carpeted throughout with a double bed, luxury linens wall mounted TV and wardrobe space. The en-suite with excellent quality fittings comprises bath with overhead power shower, EX, wash hand basin, heated towel rail and touch light mirror.
Outside has been thoughtfully laid out with an enclosed garden, two person barrel sauna, hot tub, garden furniture and a BBQ. There are two car parking spaces and two well behaved dogs are welcome. -
Guest access
The property is accessed via a private entrance and a member of the estate staff will be on hand to meet and greet guest on arrival. We request that you call 15 minutes prior to arrival and you will be met at the gates.

Check-out: by 10:00Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.
Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive the requirement.
Book with confidence: If your booking is affected by new Government travel restrictions which were not known at the time of booking, and you're legally unable to travel, we will arrange with the property owner to refund 100% of your holiday cost. -

- Strictly no smoking on all the premises or grounds
- Not suitable for children due to spiral staircase
- 2 dogs are permitted at an additional fee of £30 per dog
- Dogs should never be left unattended and are not allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms. They can run free in the enclosed garden but must be kept on a lead at all other times and are not allowed near any of the areas where sheep graze
- No parties or events
- Please keep noise to a minimum
