The spacious kitchen forms the heart of the property, thoughtfully equipped for everything from relaxed breakfasts to celebratory dinners. Adjoining the kitchen is a cosy snug, offering a comfortable spot to unwind with a book or enjoy conversation while meals are prepared.

A practical boot room provides ample storage for coats, boots and outdoor gear, making it ideal for guests exploring the surrounding countryside. From here, doors open directly onto the garden.

The separate dining room enjoys plenty of natural light and features a large dining table where the whole group can gather for memorable meals together. Across the hall, the elegant sitting room offers comfortable seating and an open fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the seasons.

Upstairs, four beautifully appointed bedrooms provide restful accommodation, with three benefiting from en-suite bathrooms and the fourth served by a private bathroom nearby. Throughout the property, thoughtful touches and quality furnishings create a welcoming home-from-home experience.

Outside, the generous private garden provides plenty of space for children and dogs to play, while the patio dining area is perfect for al fresco meals. After a day exploring the South Downs, guests can relax beneath the stars in the private hot tub.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.
