Entering through the front door, guests are welcomed into a spacious entrance hall that sets the tone for the light and airy interiors throughout. The heart of the home is the open-plan kitchen and dining area, thoughtfully designed for sociable gatherings. Fully equipped for self-catering stays, the kitchen provides everything needed for relaxed breakfasts, family dinners, and special celebrations alike.

Flowing seamlessly from the kitchen is the comfortable living area, where large windows and double doors flood the space with natural light. Comfortable seating creates a welcoming spot to unwind after a day exploring the South Downs, while direct access to the terrace makes indoor-outdoor living effortless during warmer months.

Upstairs, three individually styled bedrooms provide restful accommodation, each benefitting from its own en-suite bathroom. Thoughtfully furnished throughout, the property combines countryside character with contemporary comfort, making it an ideal base for both short breaks and longer stays.

Outside, the private garden offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. A furnished terrace provides the perfect setting for al fresco dining, morning coffee, or evening drinks, while the fire pit creates a cosy atmosphere for gathering under the stars.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 70 days before the date of travel.

To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.
