The adjoining kitchen and dining space is at once practical and sociable, with a well-equipped kitchen that includes an electric oven, induction hob, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a dining table to seat twelve. The design makes cooking and special occasions equally effortless, with room for everyone to gather, chat and share meals that stretch late into the evening.

Six en-suite bedrooms are arranged across two floors, offering comfort, privacy and flexibility for families or groups. The ground-floor bedroom is fully accessible, while upstairs the double rooms are calm, neutral sanctuaries dressed in crisp linens and soft furnishings. A cheerful bunk room adds a cosy space for younger guests.

The pool and spa facilities are available from 10am to 12pm, with a fee of £20 for adults and £10 for children. For use outside of these hours, an advanced booking is required and the price will increase to £30 per adult and £20 per child.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 70 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.

Please note, guests get a 15% discount on food and drink for groups up to 6 guests. Fans of TV and film will love the fact that various properties on this estate were used as a filming location for All Creatures Great and Small and House of Guiness.
