Step through the sage green door into the hallway leading you to the lounge and kitchen area where cosy country style meets contemporary charm. The lounge is complete with two relaxing and comfortable sofas and a Smart TV, while the four-seater dining table is the perfect place to gather for evening meals or to plan your next adventure.

An additional seating area can be found in the delightful garden room off the kitchen area. Relax and immerse yourself in your favourite book or simply admire the perfectly preened garden with a cup of coffee in hand.

The well-equipped kitchen has everything you will need to self-cater including an oven and hob, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer.

There are two delightful bedrooms with neutral decor and high-quality soft furnishings. The first bedroom features a king-size bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms share the modern hallway bathroom which comprises a shower over the bath. There is also a separate toilet off the entrance hallway.

Outside, you will have access to a large enclosed, lawned garden, and a dining table, ideal for alfresco dining during the warmer months.

There is a washing machine in the kitchen and tumble dryer in the garage alongside a rotary line in the garden.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.

The cottage is located in Oxwich on the south side of the Gower Peninsula, just a 5-minute walk from Oxwich Bay, which is dog-friendly all year round, with its unspoilt, sandy beach. Fantastic for a morning jog, a leisurely stroll, paddling or enjoying a variety of water sports, the bay is a wonderful place to spend the day enjoying the fresh air and natural beauty of the area.

If you fancy treating yourself, there’s also The Beach House Michelin-starred restaurant, right beside the water which is the perfect place for a special meal – booking in advance is strongly recommended.
