Venture into the entrance hall where you will find a crackling wood-burning stove and a country-style kitchen to the right. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need including two ovens, a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer, a coffee machine and a four-seater island, perfect for socialising while the allocated chef works their magic. Once your delicious feast is ready to enjoy, gather around the 10-seater table to wine and dine together.

Off the kitchen is a delightful sunroom with a pool table and patio doors leading out to the extensive back garden.

To the left of the house, there is a bright and elegant living room with three sumptuous sofas, an inglenook fireplace and a large projector screen with surround sound system. There is a cosy snug lounge with log burner. A real bonus is the basement cinema room that is ideal for movie nights with some buttery popcorn in hand.

Upstairs, there are seven stunning bedrooms, each uniquely designed and complete with soft linen sheets. There’s a super-king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, three king-size bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a twin bedroom. All bedrooms without an en-suite will have access to the shared hallway bathroom.

Outside, you will have access to a beautiful garden with plenty of seating for alfresco dining, courtesy of the gas BBQ. When the temperature starts to drop, climb into the large hot tub for a dose of relaxation. Additionally, there’s an outdoor barn with logs, table tennis, dart board and table football.

There is a lock box which you can access on arrival.

We plant a tree for every booking we make to help offset some of the carbon emissions generated by our stays.

Hot tub: As the hot tub is emptied, cleaned and refilled after each booking, we cannot guarantee that your hot tub will be at its optimal operating temperature upon arrival.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £500 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.

  • Up to 2 dogs are permitted with an additional fee of £50 per dog
