Step through the glass-fronted barn door and into the open-plan living space where you will be greeted by a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and cosy lounge. Amongst the flagstone flooring and exposed beams, there are two comfortable sofas, a Smart TV and a crackling log burner, perfect for relaxing evenings with a glass of wine in hand and the countryside as your backdrop.

Meanwhile, the modern kitchen features everything you will need to prepare delicious meals, including an oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave, along with a dining table that comfortably seats four.
On the first floor, there are two delightful, double bedrooms with vaulted ceilings, characterful beams and an en-suite shower room each.

Outside, you will have access to a three-acre woodland and a secure garden with a large lawn and patio. Spend leisurely days relaxing in the hot tub and dining alfresco around the rattan dining table.

There is a key safe where you can access the key to the property for a self-check-in.

We plant a tree for every booking we make to help offset some of the carbon emissions generated by our stays.

Hot tub: Please note, wood-fired hot tubs take between 3-4 hours to heat initially.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.

The property is perfectly placed to enjoy walks and bike rides, particularly through the Tolkien Trail which is around 6.7 miles of stunning scenery. You will also be in a great location to explore both Clitheroe and Garstang which is ideal if you want to get stuck into the local atmosphere, grab a bite to eat or shop for gifts.

Meanwhile, the market town of Longridge enjoys an array of shops, pubs, wine bars and cafes along the pretty high street. From here you can catch a glimpse of the Welsh Mountains, the Isle of Man, Ingleborough and the Loud Valley.
