This exceptional coastal home blends heritage character with relaxed, luxury living. From the moment you arrive, the scale and setting are striking, positioned directly on the coastal path with uninterrupted sea views and private access leading straight down to the beach.

Inside, the house is wonderfully expansive, designed for both entertaining and quiet retreat. A large entrance conservatory and inner hall lead through to multiple living spaces, including a beautifully styled sitting room, an elegant drawing room with a marble fireplace, and an additional lounge or cinema room, offering flexibility for both social gatherings and more intimate moments.

At the heart of the home is the impressive kitchen and garden room. The traditional kitchen features an original Aga alongside modern appliances, while the adjoining 12-seater dining space is bathed in natural light from wide, sea-facing windows and comfortably seats large groups. It’s a space made for long, relaxed meals, with views stretching across the coastline.

Throughout the house, interiors are layered with an eclectic mix of antiques, contemporary art, and coastal textures, creating a lived-in yet refined aesthetic. Thoughtful details, from log fires to curated artwork, add warmth and personality to every room.

The seven bedrooms are set across the first and second floors, each thoughtfully designed with its own unique character, blending antique furnishings, rich fabrics, and statement details. Guests also have access to two well-appointed bathrooms, one with a double shower and bath and stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries, adding a touch of everyday luxury to your stay.

Step outside and the property truly comes into its own. Set within a generous private garden with lawn and woodland, the grounds offer multiple spaces to unwind, from the beach garden and sun terrace with sea views to the 14-seater outdoor dining area and BBQ. Evenings can be spent soaking in the hot tub beneath the stars, while days are easily filled with table tennis, garden games, or simply following the path directly from the garden to the beach.

With ample off-road parking, generous social spaces, and a seamless connection between house, garden, and coastline, this is a home designed for memorable stays—whether celebrating with friends or enjoying a slower-paced family escape by the sea.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 70 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £500 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive the requirement.
