A separate dining room provides an elegant setting for gathering together, with plenty of space for family meals and long evenings spent around the table.

Two cosy sitting rooms offer flexibility throughout your stay, each centred around a wood-burning stove that creates a wonderfully welcoming atmosphere during cooler months. Whether curling up with a book, enjoying a film or simply admiring the far-reaching countryside views, every space encourages guests to slow down and unwind.

All three bedrooms are located upstairs, each featuring luxurious super king-size beds that can also be configured as twin beds to suit families or groups of friends. Carefully designed with calming interiors and framed by spectacular countryside views, every bedroom offers a peaceful retreat after a day spent outdoors. Two stylish bathrooms serve the accommodation, combining contemporary comfort with the farmhouse's traditional character.

Outside, uninterrupted views stretch across the Yorkshire Dales and surrounding moorland. The elevated position creates an exceptional sense of peace and privacy, while the surrounding landscape invites guests to explore walking trails directly from the doorstep. During your stay, you'll also enjoy access to the wider experiences of Broughton Sanctuary, including woodland walks, rewilding trails and the Avalon Wellbeing Centre.

The pool and spa facilities are available from 10am to 12pm, with a fee of £20 for adults and £10 for children. For use outside of these hours, an advanced booking is required and the price will increase to £30 per adult and £20 per child.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 70 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.
