Inside, the house offers generous proportions and plenty of room for groups to spread out. The main sitting room is a comfortable place to gather, with sofas and armchairs arranged around a gas fire, alongside an integrated Sonos sound system for relaxed evenings at home. A separate snug provides another sociable space, complete with a pool table, bar and additional seating.

The well-equipped kitchen has everything needed for a self-catering stay, including an electric oven, induction hob, American-style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and air fryer. A separate dining space comfortably seats ten, making it equally suited to leisurely breakfasts and celebratory dinners. A wine cooler, washing machine and tumble dryer add further practicality.

The bedrooms are arranged across the first and second floors, with several offering flexible super king-size beds that can be configured as twins. Generous proportions, soft neutral interiors and characterful windows create calm spaces to retreat to at the end of the day, while en-suite facilities and a family bathroom make the house particularly practical for larger groups.

Outside, the extensive enclosed gardens provide plenty of space to make the most of warmer days. A broad lawn is surrounded by mature trees and planting, while younger guests have their own dedicated play area. The outdoor entertaining space features comfortable seating and dining areas beneath festoon lights, alongside a charcoal barbecue, firepit and clay pizza oven - perfect for long lunches and evenings spent outside together.

There is also ample private parking, electric vehicle charging and secure storage for bicycles and canoes.
