As you enter the enchanting two-storey treehouse, you will be drawn to the mature ash tree taking pride of place in the middle of the living space. The layout is open plan and comprises a bespoke kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, wine chiller and dishwasher.

Enjoy mealtimes together around the two-seater dining table while admiring the tranquil views, before retreating to the comfortable lounge to watch your favourite movie on the Smart TV or warm up beside the flame-effect log burner.

The winding staircase leads to the master bedroom which features a sumptuous super-king-sized bed with a deep pocket sprung mattress and an arched ceiling window for stargazing. For ultimate relaxation, there’s a free-standing copper bath in the bedroom, or you can head downstairs to the separate modern bathroom which comprises a fossil sink and a rainfall shower.

Venture outside to enjoy a morning coffee or a spot of birdwatching on the balcony, followed by a dip in the hot tub or an alfresco lunch beside the lake. As the sky fills with stars, gather around the fire pit.

From the building process to the habitats surrounding, the owners carry out a host of initiatives to ensure the estate is sustainable. The treehouse has been built around the trunk of an ash tree using recycled, local materials, while many of the interiors have been hand-crafted with recycled decomposing ash from the woodland.

Outside, the hot tub is wrapped with oak and bronze bands, and covered with a tiki-style roof, all made from wood off the estate. The wastewater is cleaned so well, that it is pure enough to be put back into the water course, the lights are all LED and the appliances are as energy-saving as possible.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.

Book with confidence: If your booking is affected by new Government travel restrictions which were not known at the time of booking, and you are legally unable to travel, we will arrange with the property owner to refund 100% of your holiday cost.

The closest town is Tenbury Wells where you can explore the many tea rooms and independent boutique shops, including the world-famous Mr Thoms sweet shop. From Tuesday to Saturday, there is a market to peruse with homemade and homegrown goods including cakes and plants.

The medieval market town of Ludlow is just under 30 minutes away and well worth a visit. Discover the history of Ludlow Castle, dine in one of the many excellent restaurants and cafes and amble through the Ludlow Millennium Green. The town is also known for its thriving events and festivals throughout the year, including the Medieval Christmas Fayre and the Ludlow Food and Drink Festival.
