The property begins with an open-plan living space, comprising a lounge, kitchen and dining room. The lounge is complete with comfortable sofas and a FreeSat TV, while the fully-equipped kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, oven, second combi microwave-oven, four-ring hob dishwasher and a six-seater dining table. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, including a master bedroom with an en-suite, and a zip-and-link twin bedroom with a family bathroom next door. On the second floor, there is a further zip-and-link twin bedroom with an en-suite. Outside, there’s a lawned garden which is shared with neighbouring Greenhow Cottage. The patio is divided by a partial wall with your own set of table and chairs and a charcoal BBQ.

Warren Cottage

Sleeps 6 / 3 Bedrooms / 3 Bathrooms

As you step inside, you will be greeted by an open-plan living space with a lounge, kitchen and dining room. The lounge is complete with two comfortable sofas and a crackling open fire. Meanwhile, the fully-equipped kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, a double oven and a dishwasher, while the extendable dining table comfortably seats 12. Adjacent to the kitchen is a separate utility room with a clothes washer/drier and ceiling airer. On the ground floor, there is an accessible bedroom which can have one or two single beds as required, with a spacious en-suite wet room suitable for assisted access. Upstairs, there is a master bedroom with a super-king-size bed and a zip-and-link twin bedroom, both of which feature an en-suite with a bath and walk-in shower. Outside, you will have access to a private, south-facing garden with a table and chairs and a gas BBQ.

Greenhow Cottage

The property begins with an open-plan living space, comprising a lounge, kitchen and dining room. The lounge is equipped with two sofas and an open fire, while the extendible dining table seats 12. Meanwhile, the fully-equipped kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, electric double oven, microwave, four-ring hob and dishwasher. On the lower ground floor, there’s a cosy snug/playroom with a sofa, toys, games and a Smart TV. There is also a kitchenette with additional tableware, chairs and tables for larger groups to congregate. The cottage features two bedrooms on the first floor, including a master bedroom with an en-suite and a zip-and-link twin bedroom with a family bathroom next door. On the second floor, there is a further zip-and-link twin bedroom with an en-suite wet room. Outside, you will have access to a terrace, a lawned garden and a gravel parking area which is shared with neighbouring Elliot Cottage. The patio is divided by a partial wall with your own set of table and chairs and a charcoal BBQ.

Hawkins Loft

Sleeps 4 / 2 Bedrooms / 2 Bathrooms

Upon entering the apartment, you’ll be greeted by an open-plan living space with floods of natural light. The lounge is equipped with two sumptuous sofas and a Smart TV, while the dining table comfortably seats six. Meanwhile, the fully-equipped kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, oven, four-ring hob and dishwasher. There are two airy bedrooms, including a double bedroom with a large shower room next door, and a zip-and-link twin bedroom with an en-suite shower and double-ended bath. Two further single beds can be added to this room if required.

Lodge Cottage

Sleeps 4 / 2 Bedrooms / 2 Bathrooms

The property begins with an open-plan living and dining room with two sofas, a log fire, a FreeSat TV and a four-seater dining table. Meanwhile, the kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge/freezer. Along with this, there is an adjacent conservatory with a table and chairs, or you can venture outside to the walled, south-facing garden when the sun is shining. Back inside, there are two cosy bedrooms, one of which has a double bedroom with an en-suite shower, while the other has a zip-and-link twin bedroom and a family bathroom next door.

Swimming pool and Hamman

Take a dip in the 11m long and 5m wide indoor heated swimming pool or head to the Hamman, a traditional Turkish steam room where you can enjoy some well-deserved relaxation.

Pre-bookable spa treatments are also available in the Hamman for a little extra luxury. Please contact Guest Services to find out more.

Gardens and grounds

The six acres of beautiful gardens, created over thirty years, contain many shrubberies and borders with different things to see all year round; explore the fascinating Moorish Pavilion with overtones of the Alhambra in Grenada, the large ponds and waterfalls, the box patterns in the parterre, and ever-changing variety of blossom and flowers. On your stroll say hello to the chickens, bantams and other more exotic birds, or simply enjoy the birdsong from the amazing variety of birds resident in the grounds.

Other leisure facilities

There is an all-weather tennis court available for tennis enthusiasts bringing their own racquets, shoes and tennis balls, along with a croquet set for use on the main lawn.

Self-check-in on arrival and once you’re settled in the owners will welcome you to the property and show you around the pool facilities.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at the swimming pool. We also advise adults to not swim alone but to always swim in company.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £500 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.

Book with confidence: If your booking is affected by new Government travel restrictions which were not known at the time of booking, and you are legally unable to travel, we will arrange with the property owner to refund 100% of your holiday cost. House rules
