Step through the grand front door and into the hallway where the flagstone floor paves the way and the oak beams capture the rich history of the abode. Presented with a very carefully curated art collection and elegant decor, it is a true sign of what the rest of the house has in store.

The living room is designed to create a serene and welcoming atmosphere for relaxation. Its large sash windows allow natural light to pour in and illuminate the space, while the sumptuous sofas and original open fire add that extra cosy touch. Should you wish to gather for an evening of entertainment, arrangements can be made for a pianist to play the baby grand piano and provide the soundtrack for any occasion.

Meanwhile, the kitchen is the heart of the home and fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious feasts. Features include a seven-ring gas range, two ovens, a four-seater breakfast bar, and a solid timber table, ideal for breakfast or a quick bite to eat. For a more formal affair, the dining room is complete with a large oval table and 10 chairs, perfect for evening meals, sipping on the finest of wines and toasting to the good times.

Now for the exciting part, head down to the lower ground floor where you’ll discover a range of luxurious amenities, including an indoor heated pool with a swim jet, a large cedar sauna, a Peloton bike and a selection of free weights. Additionally, the cinema room is equipped with a two-meter projector screen, surround sound, and home cinema equipment for optimum viewing.

The property comprises five elegantly designed bedrooms on the first floor, each with Hypnos beds and sumptuous soft furnishings. Four of the rooms have an en-suite bathroom, one of which features a freestanding bath overlooking the serene countryside.

Outside, the expansive, beautifully landscaped gardens boast charming countryside views and a sun-drenched upper terrace. Additionally, there's a second terrace adjacent to the kitchen, featuring comfortable built-in seating, a table and a BBQ, creating an ideal setting for al fresco dining.
