Step through the powder blue door and into the spacious hallway. In keeping with the theme, the cottage has been designed with neutral colours and complementary shades of blue to enrich the coastal location.

Off the hallway is the beautiful living room which features two armchairs and a large sofa, all perfectly placed in front of the inglenook fireplace. After a day of exploring, relax and unwind with your favourite programme on the Smart TV and light the wood-burning stove for that extra cosy touch.

Next door, there is a spacious dining room with a ten-seater dining table and an additional wood-burning stove. It’s the perfect place to enjoy mealtimes together, and you can make the most of the books and games provided, too.

Meanwhile, the bright and airy kitchen is equipped with integrated appliances including a double oven and hob, a dishwasher, a boiling water tap and a Nespresso coffee machine.

Upstairs, you will find three comfortable bedrooms with ample storage space and Emma mattresses. The master bedroom features a super-king-size bed and an en-suite shower room, while the remaining two bedrooms comprise a king-size bed and a single bed (there is the option of an additional full-size guest bed on request). Accessed from the landing, there’s a shared bathroom with a roll-top cast iron bath and walk-in shower.

Should you wish to work remotely during your stay, there is also an office space with a desk and superfast Wi-Fi - 900 MGBZ Fibre Broadband which spans the entire cottage.

Venture back downstairs to the delightful orangery which is beautifully appointed with exposed stone walls and comfortable seating. It’s a peaceful place to read a book and enjoy the sound of bird song, or you can head outside to the garden for a spot of alfresco dining courtesy of the Kamado BBQ.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £500 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive the requirement.

Book with confidence: If your booking is affected by new Government travel restrictions which were not known at the time of booking, and you are legally unable to travel, we will arrange with the property owner to refund 100% of your holiday cost.

The cottage is located in the pretty village of Braunton which is known for its community feel and historic charm. Surfing, swimming, walking the coastal path, cycling the Tarka trail and playing golf are just a handful of the adventures to be had during your stay, while a selection of bars, restaurants and boutique shops are also close by.

There are many beautiful beaches to visit in North Devon, including Saunton Sands, Croyde, Woolacombe and Tunnels Beaches which all make for great days of strolling along the sand, going for a dip in the sea or relaxing in the sunshine.
