The kitchen combines style with functionality, featuring skylights, a spacious U-shaped design, a breakfast bar with seating, a range-style cooker and everything needed for easy group dining, alongside a cosy dining nook ideal for morning coffee.

The main bathroom feels indulgent and spa-like, complete with a freestanding bath, walk-in rainfall shower, contemporary storage and soft stone tiling beneath vaulted ceilings and exposed beams.

The king-size bedrooms offer a blend of boutique comfort and countryside charm, along with an en-suite shower room each. The master bedroom is a tranquil retreat with exposed beams, vaulted ceilings and French doors to the garden, while the second and third bedrooms feature characterful timber details. The fourth bedroom is cosy and family-friendly, with bunk beds, playful touches and stable doors opening onto the private courtyard.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 70 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive the requirement.
