A separate utility room and cloakroom add practicality, while a bright conservatory snug offers a peaceful corner overlooking the kitchen and garden.

The striking double-height sitting room is filled with light from vast windows, with sofas gathered around an open fireplace and additional dining space for larger groups.

On the ground floor, a bunk room (suitable for children) and colourful double bedroom are served by a modern wet room. Upstairs, a family bathroom sits alongside two further bedrooms, including a standout master suite with vaulted beams, super king bed, dressing area and a marble-finished en-suite with freestanding bath and shower.

Outside, a spacious garden with seating, alfresco dining and a firepit provides the perfect setting for relaxed evenings beneath Norfolk’s wide skies.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 70 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive the requirement.
