This delightful abode has been designed with ample comfort and luxurious living in mind. The neutral colour palette paired with rustic panelling and natural materials creates a welcoming space to relax and unwind.

Step inside the inviting entrance hall and into the sitting room where you can relax after a busy day of exploring the stunning surroundings. The room is split into two sections, one with a sumptuous L-shaped sofa and a Smart TV and the other with a luxurious leather sofa, two armchairs and a warming log burner for chillier nights. Meanwhile, sliding doors lead straight onto the terrace with outstanding views of the river.

Venture further into the property where you will find a fully-equipped kitchen with everything you should need to self-cater with ease including an oven, a hob, a fridge/freezer, a coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. Once you have prepared your delicious feast, head to the impressive dining room which features a 12-seater dining table, a serving station and a cosy fireplace. For an extra special evening, a private chef can be arranged for you and your party.

There are five luxurious bedrooms, all of which have stunning river views and the highest quality linen for ultimate comfort and relaxation. Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The ground floor is complete with a WC and shower room with underfloor heating. Meanwhile, the master bedroom is located on the first floor with a super-king-size bed, a balcony and an en-suite bathroom. Next door are two additional king-size bedrooms with an en-suite shower room each, also with underfloor heating.

Outside, you can enjoy the terrace which comprises outdoor furniture, a BBQ and stunning views across the River Thames.

You will also have access to a private island via the footbridge in the garden. This enchanting space is perfect for relaxing, exploring and hosting intimate events. Enjoy two acres of land to roam, a tennis court, a natural pond and ample seating so you can fully appreciate the river views.

The owners will greet you on arrival and show you into the property.

If you would like to offset the carbon emissions from your trip, get in touch and we can arrange this for a small fee.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £500 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive the requirement.

Book with confidence: If your booking is affected by new Government travel restrictions which were not known at the time of booking, and you are legally unable to travel, we will arrange with the property owner to refund 100% of your holiday cost.

The house is located on the River Thames, which poses the perfect opportunity to hire a boat via the owner of the property and admire the stunning stretch between Wargrave and Marlow. If you’d like to explore the area on foot or on two wheels, the surrounding countryside provides some excellent routes.

The quaint village of Hambleden is just 7 miles away and provides a handy shop and a great pub; the Stag and Huntsman, as well as more picturesque walking routes. Meanwhile, The Village of Wargrave has a further two pubs and two coffee shops. The Bull is well known for traditional Sunday lunches and The George and Dragon has a lovely outdoor dining area overlooking the river.
