One of three luxury barn conversions set within the owners’ peaceful farm, Milk Barn is a countryside retreat with views that will take your breath away. Enjoy two en-suite bedrooms, an open-plan living space with floor-to-ceiling windows and a private patio that is made for alfresco dining. Should you wish to explore the area, Bibury and Cirencester are just 3 miles away or you can venture further into the Cotswolds to peruse the boutique shops and chocolate box villages.

The space
Set on one floor, this luxurious barn conversion has been designed with light, space and warmth in mind. The floor-to-ceiling windows maximise the countryside views, while the rustic beams and exposed honey stone walls give a real home from home feeling.
Step inside the open-plan living space which is adorned with farmhouse chandeliers, vaulted ceilings and pastel shades. The shaker-style kitchen comprises an air conditioner and all the essentials to self-cater with ease, including an electric oven, an induction hob, a coffee machine and a fridge/freezer. While the four-seater dining table is the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee and delicious home-cooked meals.
Meanwhile, the delightful sitting room has a sumptuous sofa and two armchairs, perfectly placed to admire the serene views. When the sun starts to set, gather in front of the Smart TV for a movie marathon or a family games night.
There are two beautifully designed bedrooms with Egyptian cotton sheets, sumptuous soft furnishings and an en-suite bathroom each. The first bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom features two zip and link single beds (which can be formed into a king-size bed if required).
Outside, you will have access to a delightful private garden and courtyard, complete with a four-seater rattan table and a perfectly preened lawn. When the sun is shining, relax with a glass of wine in-hand with a backdrop of the apple orchard and farm fields. -

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.
Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £350 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.
Book with confidence: If your booking is affected by new Government travel restrictions which were not known at the time of booking, and you are legally unable to travel, we will arrange with the property owner to refund 100% of your holiday cost. -

The barn is located 3 miles from Bibury and the historic town of Cirencester, a calm and historic destination with plenty of dining options and boutique shops. The nearest restaurant is The Crown at Ampney Brook which is just 5 minutes away and serves a range of seasonal dishes and delicious tipples.There is so much to see and do in the surrounding area, including visiting the charming Cotswolds villages and towns with their quaint cobble stone streets. Stow-on-the-Wold is just 30 minutes away and offers an array of great dining options, including Michelin Star restaurants and cosy pubs with garden terraces, as well as a variety of independent shops. It is a fantastic location from which to explore the stunning English countryside with many walking routes to discover.
Feeling adventurous? The Cotswolds Water Park is just 20 minutes away and provides hours of fun for the whole family. Here you can enjoy picturesque cycling routes, scenic strolls, archery, horse riding and so much more.
Just 30-35 minutes away, days out include trips to Daylesford Organic for a browse around the farm shop or a bite to eat in the restaurant. Blenheim Palace also provides an abundance of activities for the whole family to enjoy, including a walk through the Marlborough Maze and a tour around the palace. Or visit the historic city of Oxford.
