Paving the way with farmhouse flagstone flooring, this striking property begins with a beautiful country-style living room, complete with three leather sofas, a Smart TV and a cosy wood-burning stove.

Meanwhile, the bespoke, fully fitted kitchen is a fabulous area to be with friends and family. You will have access to a range cooker, American fridge/freezer and a wine cooler, along with all the other mod cons you can think of. There is a large oak dining table, perfect for delicious banquets prepared by a professional chef if you don’t feel like cooking.

The ground floor is complete with a wet room with rain shower, wash hand basin and WC.

There are three bedrooms on the ground floor, two are en-suite and one is next to a bathroom (wet room). The other three bedrooms are upstairs and comprise one double with an en-suite, one double with zip link beds and an en-suite and the master bedroom which also has an en-suite. All rooms are finished with quality linens and furnishings, TV and designer bathrooms, while pool towels and adult dressing gowns are also provided.

Outside, you will have access to a large lawned garden with a pergola, garden furniture and a pool house with a large swimming pool and loungers.

The property is accessed via a private entrance and a member of the estate staff will be on hand to meet and greet guest on arrival. We request that you call 15 minutes prior to arrival and you will be met at the gates.

If you'd like to offset the carbon emissions from your trip get in touch and we can arrange this for a small fee.

Pool: The swimming pool is 8m x 4m and 1.4m deep and heated to 28 degrees.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £500 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.

Book with confidence: If your booking is affected by new Government travel restrictions which were not known at the time of booking, and you are legally unable to travel, we will arrange with the property owner to refund 100% of your holiday cost.

  • Strictly no smoking on all the premises or grounds
  • 2 dogs are permitted at an additional fee of £30 per dog
  • Dogs should never be left unattended and are not allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms. They can run free in the enclosed garden but must be kept on a lead at all other times and are not allowed near any of the areas where sheep graze
  • No parties or events
  • Please keep noise to a minimum
