The Old Mill

At the heart of The Mill Courtyard is The Old Mill, home to an impressive 65-foot open-plan kitchen and dining room where the whole group can gather. The kitchen is generously equipped for large-scale cooking and entertaining, with an AGA, electric oven, large fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and two dishwashers.
Bi-fold doors lead directly into the secure courtyard, allowing celebrations to flow easily outdoors. Elsewhere, choose between the cosy winter sitting room with its log-burning fire and a separate Smart TV lounge with Sky Sports, movie channels, Netflix and Amazon Prime.
Underfloor heating, BOSE speakers and fibre Wi-Fi add contemporary comfort, while a separate utility room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer.

The Hayloft

The Hayloft brings a playful side to the retreat, with an impressive games room offering table tennis, air hockey, table football, a piano, books and board games.

Exposed beams and countryside views retain the barn's character, while tea and coffee-making facilities provide added independence for guests staying here. Direct access to the courtyard keeps The Hayloft closely connected to the rest of the group.

The Old Byre

Linked to The Old Mill via the secure courtyard gardens, The Old Byre provides further space to relax, including a second winter sitting room with a log-burning fire and an additional Smart TV room.

Outside, a private hot tub creates an indulgent place to unwind, with robes, spa towels and slippers provided. A second hot tub can also be arranged for an additional charge.

The Wainhouse Courtyard

Spanning more than 5,000 square feet, The Wainhouse Courtyard combines The Stables, The Wainhouse and The Granary, with generous social spaces and a secure orchard garden creating a relaxed setting for guests of all ages.

The Stables

The Stables forms the sociable heart of this courtyard, with an open-plan kitchen and dining space designed so that all 20 guests can dine together. The well-equipped kitchen includes a large fridge/freezer, drinks fridge, coffee machine and NutriBullet, making everything from leisurely breakfasts to celebratory dinners effortless.

A striking glass-sided sitting room offers a beautiful place to relax around the log-burning stove, alongside a 52-inch Smart TV with Sky Sports and Sky Cinema. Superfast Wi-Fi, BOSE speakers, an iPod docking station and underfloor heating complete the space.

The Wainhouse

Beautifully restored to retain its original character, The Wainhouse provides additional living and entertaining space while connecting seamlessly with the surrounding barns.

Warm, characterful interiors offer quieter corners away from the main gathering spaces, while the secure orchard garden provides room for children and dogs to enjoy the outdoors and creates a lovely setting for relaxed afternoons and alfresco dining.

The Granary

Sleeps 6 | 3 bedrooms | 3 bathrooms

The Granary adds three further en-suite bedrooms alongside one of the retreat's standout social spaces: a first-floor games room connecting directly with The Stables.

Table tennis, air hockey, table football, books and board games provide plenty of entertainment, while outside, a private hot tub awaits for long, leisurely evenings beneath the Herefordshire sky. Robes, spa towels and slippers are provided for an added touch of luxury.

Families are particularly well catered for across the retreat, with cots, high chairs and other baby equipment available on request, alongside a toy box and purpose-built all-weather children's playground.

Bedroom 2: Super-king-size bed, which can be arranged as twins on request, with en-suite bathroom featuring a shower over the bath.

First floor

Bedroom 3: Super-king-size bed, which can be arranged as twins on request, with en-suite bath and basin, plus a separate private toilet and shower room opposite.
Bedroom 4: Three single beds, which can alternatively be arranged as one super-king-size and one single bed on request, with en-suite bathroom. Located within the eaves and accessed via a feature bridge, with reduced headroom.

The Hayloft

Bedroom 1: King-size bed with adjacent private bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Super-king-size bed, which can be arranged as twins on request, with en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 3: King-size bed with en-suite shower room.

First floor

Bedroom 4: King-size bed with an additional single bed on the internal mezzanine and an en-suite bathroom. Please note there is restricted headroom around the mezzanine.

Bedroom 2: Super-king-size bed, which can be arranged as twins on request, with private bathroom.

Bedroom 4: Flexible bedroom with two super-king-size beds, or one super-king-size and twin beds on request, plus a private shower room and private landing/play area. There is restricted headroom in parts due to the eaves.

The barns are located in a rural, and peaceful countryside community, therefore they ask their guests to be considerate with regards to noise levels; and ask their guests to keep this in mind during their stay. Whilst celebrations and music are allowed, they ask that any noise/music is controlled and respectful after 9:30pm to keep the setting peaceful for everyone, including neighbours and other guests. The barns operate a noise policy, and retain the right to ask guests to reduce/stop any excessive noise, should this become disruptive.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 70 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £2000 prior to their stay.
