The Stables is the heart of the retreat, home to a beautifully designed open-plan kitchen and dining space where all 20 guests can gather together. Fully equipped for larger groups, the kitchen features a large fridge/freezer, drinks fridge, coffee machine, NutriBullet and everything needed for relaxed entertaining, while the generous dining table creates the perfect setting for celebratory meals.

Just beyond, the striking glass-sided sitting room is flooded with natural light and offers comfortable seating around a log-burning stove, alongside a 52-inch Smart TV with Sky Sports and Sky Cinema. Superfast Wi-Fi, a kitchen TV, BOSE speakers and an iPod docking station are available throughout the property, while underfloor heating ensures every space remains warm and welcoming all year round. Guests will also appreciate doorstep unloading and ample parking, making arrival with larger groups wonderfully straightforward.

The Wainhouse

Beautifully restored to retain its original character, The Wainhouse provides additional living spaces, a games room and areas to unwind between adventures. Its warm, welcoming interiors offer a quieter retreat from the main entertaining areas while remaining seamlessly connected to the rest of the property.

Outside, the secure orchard garden provides plenty of room for children and dogs to play safely, making it an ideal space for relaxed afternoons, outdoor dining or simply soaking up the tranquillity of the surrounding countryside.

The Granary

The Granary adds even more space for everyone to enjoy, with the standout first-floor games room linking directly to The Stables. Complete with table tennis, air hockey, table football, books and board games, it's the perfect place for guests of all ages to gather for a little friendly competition.

After a day exploring Herefordshire, step outside to enjoy the private hot tub, where robes, spa towels and slippers are provided for an added touch of luxury. With over 5,000 square feet of beautifully designed living space spread across the three barns, there's plenty of room for larger groups to come together while still finding peaceful corners to relax.

Families are wonderfully catered for, with cots, high chairs and other essential baby equipment available on request, along with a toy box and a purpose-built all-weather children's playground to keep younger guests entertained.

The barns are located in a rural, and peaceful countryside community, therefore they ask their guests to be considerate with regards to noise levels; and ask their guests to keep this in mind during their stay. Whilst celebrations and music are allowed, they ask that any noise/music is controlled and respectful after 9:30pm to keep the setting peaceful for everyone, including neighbours and other guests. The barns operate a noise policy, and retain the right to ask guests to reduce/stop any excessive noise, should this become disruptive.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 70 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £1,000 prior to their stay.
