Step inside and the magnificent coastal outlook immediately takes centre stage. Floor-to-ceiling glazing has been carefully incorporated throughout the home, framing views across Mount’s Bay and filling the interiors with changing natural light throughout the day. Contemporary design, generous proportions and a calming palette create an elegant yet relaxed setting that feels perfectly suited to its position beside the sea.

The main living spaces have been created with gathering in mind, offering plenty of room for families and groups to spend time together without ever feeling crowded. Comfortable seating provides a relaxed setting for slower mornings and evenings overlooking the water, while the generous dining and kitchen areas make shared meals an integral part of the stay. Whether preparing breakfast before heading to the beach or settling in for a celebratory dinner, the open, sociable layout makes entertaining effortless.

Four beautifully appointed bedrooms accommodate up to eight guests, with each enjoying its own en-suite bathroom. Designed as peaceful retreats away from the main social spaces, the bedrooms combine comfort and contemporary styling with a sense of privacy - particularly welcome for multi-generational groups or friends holidaying together.

There is plenty to keep everyone entertained away from the beach, too. A separate games room with games consoles provides a dedicated space for younger guests and relaxed evenings, while a garden office creates a quiet and inspiring place for anyone needing to work during their stay.

Outside, expansive private terraces and gardens allow guests to make the most of the remarkable coastal position. Gather around the outdoor dining area for a barbecue, settle into the comfortable seating with a morning coffee or simply watch the changing tides surrounding St Michael’s Mount. The private hot tub is an especially inviting spot at the end of the day, offering the chance to sink into the warm water and take in the views as the sun begins to set across the bay.

Thoughtful additions include private parking for multiple vehicles and an electric vehicle charging point, while sustainable features including solar energy, battery storage and a sedum roof have been incorporated into the design.
