The cosy sitting room offers the perfect place to unwind, with comfortable sofas arranged around a wood-burning stove creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout the seasons. Large windows frame uninterrupted views across the surrounding countryside, while the elegant interiors provide a peaceful setting for quiet evenings after a day outdoors.

Each of the four beautifully appointed bedrooms has been individually designed to provide comfort and privacy. Every bedroom benefits from its own luxurious en-suite bathroom featuring a freestanding bath alongside a separate shower, creating a boutique hotel feel throughout the farmhouse. Thoughtful styling, quality linens and calming countryside views ensure every guest enjoys a wonderfully restful night's sleep.

Outside, rolling countryside surrounds the farmhouse, offering an exceptional sense of peace and privacy. Walking trails begin directly from the doorstep, while guests also enjoy access to the wider experiences available across Broughton Sanctuary, including woodland walks, wild swimming, wellbeing activities and the renowned Avalon Wellbeing Centre. Whether enjoying a morning coffee overlooking the hills or returning after a day exploring the Yorkshire Dales, the peaceful setting makes it easy to relax and reconnect with nature.

The pool and spa facilities are available from 10am to 12pm, with a fee of £20 for adults and £10 for children. For use outside of these hours, an advanced booking is required and the price will increase to £30 per adult and £20 per child.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 70 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.
