The lounge area is arranged for relaxed sociability, with sumptuous seating, statement furnishings and expansive windows that flood the space with natural light while framing views across the surrounding countryside. Architectural details and layered textures create a warm, inviting atmosphere ideal for long conversations, cosy evenings and effortless entertaining.

The kitchen is both elegant and functional, featuring sleek cabinetry, premium appliances and generous worktops. Adjacent to this, the dining area is perfectly positioned for leisurely breakfasts and celebratory dinners alike, enhanced by soft lighting and carefully selected design pieces.

Four beautifully styled bedrooms provide calm, restorative retreats, each dressed in soothing tones, quality linens and tactile fabrics. The master bedroom features a luxurious super-king-size bed and an en-suite with a double shower. Along with this, there is a double bedroom, a twin/super-king bedroom (please provide your preferred configuration upon booking) and a king-size bedroom.

You’ll also find a beautifully designed main bathroom that feels more akin to a boutique spa than a traditional family bathroom. Finished with a large bath framed by checkered tiles, two sinks and a walk-in shower, it offers a luxurious setting for indulgent morning routines or long, relaxing soaks after a day exploring the countryside.

Outside, the villa’s landscaped grounds elevate the experience further. A stylish outdoor kitchen and dining area create the perfect backdrop for alfresco entertaining, while the sunken firepit offers an atmospheric space to gather as evening falls. For moments of pure indulgence, the private hot tub and sauna invite restorative relaxation, seamlessly blending wellness with outdoor living.

Hot tub: As the hot tub is emptied, cleaned and refilled after each booking, we cannot guarantee that your hot tub will be at its optimal operating temperature upon arrival.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 70 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £1,000 to their stay.
