The living room’s generous seating and atmospheric lighting create an ideal setting for group conversations or relaxed downtime before heading out to explore. Adjacent, the fully equipped kitchen and eight-seater dining area are generously proportioned for shared meals, with quality appliances and thoughtful finishing touches that make cooking enjoyable and sociable.

The space features four individual sleeping pods with double beds, symmetrically arranged across two levels. On the ground floor, two inviting double beds are tucked behind full-height curtains, creating intimate, cocooned retreats. Above, a matching pair of mezzanine-level sleeping galleries mirror the layout, each accessed by a central staircase and framed by elegant balustrades. Additionally, there is a shared shower room on the ground floor.

Step outside to discover the sheltered outdoor space that elevates your stay. A private hot tub invites leisurely soaks beneath open skies, while the barbecue and alfresco dining area offer the perfect backdrop for warm evenings and shared feasts.

Sunday Screening

Book any Sunday night and get a slot in the separate film house for free, or book it any other night of the week for an extra £25 per person.

You will be given access to the key box for a flexible check-in.

Hot tub: As the hot tub is emptied, cleaned and refilled after each booking, we cannot guarantee that your hot tub will be at its optimal operating temperature upon arrival. Please note, wood-fired hot tubs take between 3-4 hours to heat initially.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 70 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200 to their stay.
