A fully equipped modern kitchen includes an electric oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and extensive countertop space for preparing meals together. A long dining table seats the full party comfortably, encouraging leisurely meals, shared stories and easy conversation. The seamless flow between kitchen, dining and living areas ensures everyone can stay connected, whether cooking, chatting or relaxing.

Six generously sized bedrooms provide comfortable accommodation for up to sixteen guests. Neutral tones, crisp linens and soft textures create calm, inviting retreats, while flexible arrangements suit families, friends or multi-generational groups. Six stylish bathrooms - a mix of en-suites and shared - feature walk-in showers, modern fittings and warm lighting for a sense of relaxing ease.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 70 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £500 to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive the requirement.
