Step inside and you’re welcomed into a grand entrance hall. The bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged across both floors - six on the ground floor for ease and accessibility, and one on the first floor. Each bedroom features an en-suite and a super-king or zip-and-link bed dressed in soft linens, with calm décor and natural textures that create peaceful retreats.

Upstairs, the expansive open-plan living space features vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and warm natural textures create an immediate sense of calm. The sitting area is arranged around a contemporary fireplace, with generous sofas and armchairs offering a relaxed setting for reading, conversation or cosy evenings after exploring the Dales. Large windows open onto garden views, drawing light across the room and highlighting the subtle, neutral palette.

The kitchen and dining area flows seamlessly from the lounge, making the entire space feel connected and sociable. An electric oven, induction hob, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher are built into clean-lined cabinetry, while a long dining table provides ample seating for fourteen. Whether preparing a casual breakfast or hosting a celebratory meal, the layout invites everyone to gather, linger and enjoy shared moments.

Outside, a private lawn and seating area provide a gentle extension of the living space. It’s a quiet spot for morning coffee, alfresco lunches or evenings spent beneath wide Yorkshire skies.

The pool and spa facilities are available from 10am to 12pm, with a fee of £20 for adults and £10 for children. For use outside of these hours, an advanced booking is required and the price will increase to £30 per adult and £20 per child.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 70 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.
