The contemporary kitchen is both stylish and practical, featuring an electric oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a large dining table perfect for shared meals. Every detail has been designed for ease, making cooking and entertaining feel simple and sociable.

Upstairs, three beautifully finished en-suite bedrooms provide comfort and privacy. Each room includes a super-king zip-and-link bed, allowing flexible arrangements for couples, friends or families. Calming colour palettes, crisp linens and soft lighting create restful retreats, while each en-suite bathroom offers a walk-in shower, elegant fittings and luxurious touches.

The pool and spa facilities are available from 10am to 12pm, with a fee of £20 for adults and £10 for children. For use outside of these hours, an advanced booking is required and the price will increase to £30 per adult and £20 per child.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 70 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.

Please note, guests get a 15% discount on food and drink for groups up to 6 guests.
