Just off the lounge, a cosy snug with sofa bed offers flexibility - perfect as an extra bedroom or a quiet reading corner.

A sleek, fully equipped kitchen features high-end appliances, an island workspace and thoughtful details for effortless cooking. The dining area seats six around a stylish table, with sliding doors opening onto the balcony, where meals can be enjoyed with a sea breeze and spectacular views.

Two beautifully styled bedrooms offer comfort and calm. Both feature super-king beds dressed in luxury linens, with one adaptable into twins for versatility. Generous wardrobes, soft lighting and coastal décor make each a restful retreat. The snug sofa bed adds additional sleeping space for families or groups.

The family bathroom includes both a deep bathtub for long soaks and a separate rainfall shower for a refreshing start to the day. An additional WC and utility area ensure convenience, with washer and dryer provided for longer stays.

Outdoor living is a highlight here. The enclosed patio provides a safe and sunny area for children, while the sea-facing balcony is the star of the show. Enjoy coffee at sunrise, a glass of wine at sunset, or simply take in the uninterrupted views across Carbis Bay. Stylish outdoor furniture makes it perfect for al fresco dining or lounging with a book.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £500 to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive the requirement.
