Located on a magnificent private estate in the Yorkshire Dales, Elysium House welcomes you to enjoy a serene retreat within a 3,000-acre estate. Enjoy spending quality time together in the huge living room, wining and dining in the formal dining room and relaxing in the bright and spacious bedrooms. Guests of all holiday homes at the estate have access to excellent facilities including an indoor swimming pool, a restaurant serving complimentary breakfast each weekday, and a range of family-friendly activities.

Please note, guests staying between 17th - 24th April will not have access to the pool and PT suite on the estate.

The property boasts a welcoming entrance hall that leads to the various social spaces within the house.

The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with high-tech appliances, including a double oven, a dishwasher and a central island. The dining table seats six, while the formal dining room seats 10 and is ideal for dinner parties and special occasions.

Passing through a set of double doors, you'll be greeted by a huge living room with floods of natural light and plenty of seating. The room comprises a Smart TV and a roaring open fire for cooler evenings. Adjacent to this is a hallway leading to the first two ground floor bedrooms. There are two super-king-size rooms, both with access to a shared bathroom.

Upstairs, there are four remaining bedrooms, including a king-size room with a Jack-and-Jill bathroom shared with a single room, plus a super-king-size room with a Jack-and-Jill bathroom shared with a double room.

Outside, there’s a large garden with a lawned area and seating. Additionally, there is a double garage with a ping-pong table and games, perfect for children or teens.

The pool and spa facilities are available from 10am to 12pm, with a fee of £20 for adults and £10 for children. For use outside of these hours, an advanced booking is required and the price will increase to £30 per adult and £20 per child.

We plant a tree for every booking we make to help offset some of the carbon emissions generated by our stays.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.
