Upon entering the cottage, you will be greeted by a stylish and bright kitchen with everything you will need to self-cater with ease. You’ll have access to a gas hob, an electric oven, fridge (with freezer box), dishwasher, microwave and a washing machine, while the dining table comfortably seats five.

Continue further into the cosy living room which features two sumptuous velvet sofas, an armchair and a Smart TV, DVD player and echo dot. It’s the perfect place to gather after a day of exploring, with the crackling log burner adding an extra dose of comfort during the cooler months.

Upstairs, you will find two stunning bedrooms, each designed to a very high standard with king-sized beds and storage space. One of the bedrooms also features a single, high-level loft bed, accessed via a tall ladder. Meanwhile, the hallway bathroom comprises a walk-in, rainfall shower and underfloor heating.

Outside, there’s a south facing gated suntrap at the back of the house, this flagstone courtyard is perfect for alfresco dining or a morning coffee. Along with this, you’ll also have access to a dining table and five chairs, sun loungers, a parasol and a mini BBQ.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.

Located in the pretty village of Litton you are surrounded by limestone houses dating back to the 17^th and 18^th century, village green with its own stocks, small shop and a pub that serves good ales and food, perfect for a meal after a scenic stroll.
