Oak-beamed ceilings and open brickwork lend an authentic country quality, meanwhile the curation of modern furnishings inject an element of fun.

Whether you’re visiting here with friends, family or a mixture of the two, each and every sprawling space exists to satisfy your daily dose of luxury. For the fun-lovers, a supersized chessboard and pool table permit some friendly competition, meanwhile foodies and aspiring chefs are encouraged to make a beeline for the super-sleek kitchen-diner. With its capacious island, 30-seater dining table and dazzling disco ball ceiling, this velvety expanse presents the perfect place to eat, drink, dance and entertain.

The house comprises ten en-suite bedrooms, including one accessible super-king size bedroom with a wet room and six standard super-king-size bedrooms on the ground floor, along with two super-king-size bedrooms on the first floor. If you require single beds, please let us know at the time of booking. The final bedroom is a dorm room with 10 single beds (one zip-and-link), two en-suites, one with a shower and one with a shower over the bath. (This room is set up for two people as standard and can accommodate an extra 8 for a small fee per bed).

Complete with a sparkling swimming pool, bubbling hot tub and Finnish sauna, get set to nourish your mind, body and soul as you familiarise yourself with the five-star facilities. The property is within the private 20-acre estate. There are other properties on the estate and one still undergoing renovation so it is possible that you will hear/see building works being undertaken during your stay. The builders know guests are staying and are mindful of loud machinery, they do their best to avoid disturbing anyone’s stay. Builders do not enter the finished area of the site.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £1,000 prior to their stay.
