A practical utility room and boot room provide ample space for sandy shoes and wetsuits after long days on the beach.

For those seeking entertainment, the ground floor of the house also boasts a well-appointed games room, complete with table tennis, board games and cosy corners for reading.

The house offers beautifully appointed accommodation across five bedrooms. Two stunning master bedrooms feature super king-size beds, elegant en-suite bathrooms and private balconies that capture uninterrupted sea views — perfect for slow mornings overlooking the ocean. An additional spacious suite combines a super king-size bed with bunk beds, providing an ideal family room sleeping up to four guests, complete with its own en-suite for added convenience. Another super king-size bedroom enjoys its own private en-suite, while a charming twin room is served by a separate private bathroom.

Outside, the house is enveloped by extensive private gardens, with lush sea-facing lawns and sun-drenched terraces. The hot tub is perfectly positioned to soak up the coastal panoramas, while the outdoor fire pit and dining area invite long, lazy evenings under the stars. The property offers ample parking for multiple cars and features a private footpath leading directly to the beach.

You will be given access to the key box on the day of check-in.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £300. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.
