The sleek, contemporary kitchen is fitted with high-spec integrated appliances and generous workspace, making everything from simple breakfasts to celebratory dinners a pleasure to prepare. A bean-to-cup coffee machine ensures your mornings begin properly.

Step outside onto the private balcony and you’re immediately immersed in the tranquillity of the riverside setting - an idyllic spot for morning coffee or sunset drinks as the light dances across the water. Surrounded by privately owned neighbouring properties, the atmosphere remains wonderfully peaceful and secluded.

The living area features a large smart television with streaming capability, while ultrafast broadband makes remote working or movie nights effortless.

Two beautifully appointed bedrooms each offer sumptuous king-size beds, ample storage and dedicated dressing space, creating restful retreats at the end of the day. The spacious bathroom elevates the experience further, complete with a generous walk-in rainfall shower and a deep soaking tub - ideal for long, indulgent evenings after exploring the Lakes.

The outdoor space is not enclosed; however, there is a shared orchard outside the property with a public footpath, making it the perfect place to begin your walks.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 70 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive the requirement.
